What is the LearnWorlds Classroom?

The one-stop source for all things LearnWorlds. All the training that you need for your digital business. As a member of the LearnWorlds Academy, you will have access to courses designed to help you build a successful online learning business. 

Are the courses mandatory?

Some courses will be mandatory to complete, especially those related to compliance and company policies. Others are optional, giving you the opportunity to explore topics that interest you. Each course will clearly indicate whether it’s required or optional.

How do I access the courses?

You can log in to LearnWorlds Classroom using your LearnWorlds email and password. Please do not login with Google. Once logged in, you’ll find the courses categorized and ready to start.

Is there a deadline to complete mandatory courses?

Yes, mandatory courses will have a completion deadline to ensure everyone is aligned on important topics. Deadlines will be communicated when the courses are launched, so you’ll have plenty of time to plan.

Do I need to complete all courses in a category?

No, you only need to complete the mandatory courses in each category. However, you’re welcome to take additional optional courses if you’re interested in diving deeper into the topics.

How long does each course take to complete?

Most courses are designed to be short and engaging, typically taking between 15 to 45 minutes to complete. Time estimates will be provided for each course so you can plan accordingly.

What happens if I don’t complete a mandatory course on time?

If you’re unable to complete a mandatory course by the deadline, please notify the People team so we can support you in meeting your learning requirements.

Will I receive certificates for completed courses?

Yes, you’ll receive a certificate of completion for each course, which will you can save as PDF and share with the People Team.

Are the courses confidential?

Yes, your participation and progress in the courses are private and only visible to you, your manager and the People Team for compliance purposes.

Can I suggest a new course or topic?

Absolutely! We’re always looking for feedback and ideas to improve the Classroom. If you have suggestions for new courses, please share them with the HR team.

Will the Classroom include non-compliance topics in the future?

Yes! While we’re starting with compliance-focused courses, we plan to expand the Classroom with additional categories like leadership development, technical skills, and personal growth topics based on your feedback.

Can I retake a course I’ve already completed?

Yes, you can revisit completed courses anytime for a refresher.
